Many people suffer from migraines which are a terrible headache that is long lasting and can have some pretty bad side effects. The main common ingredient in all of those items is the nitrates. It is considered to be the primary culprit, but it also requires a predisposition to having headaches. However, to look further into the topic at hand people who suffer from migraines might have an increased amount of oral bacteria which ultimately process the nitrates.<br />
What all of this means is that a migraine sufferer makes higher levels of nitric oxide while they are the processing the nitrates.
